Refund policy

To request a refund or exchange please send an email to Genna@guedonfarms.com for authorization.

Exchanges and returns may be processed within 14 days of order delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair and odors (smoke, cologne/perfume, sweat). The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to Guedon Farms; packaging must be equal to the packaging in which you received the original order to ensure maximum protection during transit. Keep your packing slip for order verification.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
